Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Marycrest is seeking a LPN ---Supervisor of Assisted Living ---for their community in Livonia, Michigan. ---Supervisor of Assisted Living ---

• Will provide leadership as well as clinical management to assist the resident in maintaining the highest level of independence possible.
• Direct the overall management of Assisted Living in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, established policies and procedures, and as may be directed.
• Provides professional nursing care to the organization's residents as prescribed by the physician, and/or requested by the residents' families, and in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, and the organization's policies and procedures.
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the community and ensures that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.   • Michigan LPN licensure.
  • 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
  • Experience in an assisted living, hospital, long-term care environment, or other related healthcare facility preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification.
