Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Professional 2 to ensure
compliance with governmental requirements and develop compliance
policies.
Key Responsibilities
Research and investigate allegations of agent misconduct and assign
corrective actions
Provide auditing and monitoring activities to improve agent
performance
Maintain relationships with regulatory compliance and coordinate
with various departments
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of experience in an investigative/compliance
role
1+ years of experience in understanding complex member
allegations
1+ years of experience presenting to leadership
Knowledge of laws and regulations governed by the Department of
Insurance and CMS
Bachelor's degree preferred
