Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Support Associate V to provide support to the Claims team.

Key Responsibilities

Sorts, batches, and scans incoming mail into claim files
Indexes legal documents and handles routine outgoing mail
Answers general inquiries and obtains claim information from callers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency
Experience with mail and filing preferred
Knowledge of insurance and claims terminology preferred
Good computer skills
Accurate data entry skills
