What We Offer: Competitive compensation A modern, positive workplace with a close-knit team A strong patient base that values exceptional dental care Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient screening, including oral health assessments, oral cancer screenings, and vital sign checks Capture precise digital radiographs Follow strict practice protocols in quality assurance, biohazards, infection control, and emergency care Perform dental prophylaxis with skill and proficiency, utilizing cavitron/prophy jets and preventive materials like sealants and fluoride Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and nutrition counseling Create impressions for study casts and provide detailed evaluations of dental conditions Foster a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring patient comfort and trust throughout their visit Accurately chart and document dental conditions, including perio charting and treatment plans Play an active role in maintaining a sterile, organized workspace in line with infection control standards Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations Manage recall systems effectively to promote regular patient care Contribute to our practice's ongoing success by demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence Work Schedule: Tuesday: 7:00am-3:00pm Wednesday: 12:30pm - 7:00pm Thursday: 11:00-6:00pm Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm 1 per month (3rd) Ready to take the next step in your career?
