Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to
join their mental health initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized mental health support and set individualized
goals for members
Leverage member interactions to inform product and program
improvements
Engage with clinical leadership to enhance member care processes
and experiences
Required Qualifications:
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, preferably with a
specialization in Health Psychology
Fully licensed to work independently without supervision
3+ years of independently licensed clinical experience with
adults
Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT
or ACT
Demonstrated ability to guide lifestyle changes related to physical
activity, sleep, nutrition, and mindfulness
