Description:Our Sales Support Manager is critical to providing our
customers with quality service. Expect detailed training to achieve
mastery of our products, processes, and customer service
procedures. There is a family dynamic at Airmax that extends to the
customer as we strive to give them the highest quality service
possible.This is a hybrid sales manager position requiring 2-3 days
per week in the office with the opportunity to work from home the
rest of the week. Normal in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and
either Wednesday or Thursday, as needed.Here are some examples of
the actual work your day as an Airmax sales manager would
include.Monitor metrics of all Airmax Sales Support staff and coach
on opportunitiesCreate and analyze reports and review weekly
metrics, calls, emails, and chats to ensure goals are being
metCreate and execute sales training and development plans for new
and tenured employeesEnsure scheduling is adequate for customer
demands while balancing labor costsConduct root cause analysis for
opportunities and carry out solutionsOptimize workflow of sales
department tasks and projectsFacilitate cross-training
opportunities while ensuring SOPs are created and maintained in the
processCoordinate Certified Airmax Service Technician (CAST)
trainingsOversee Dealer Packet distributionComplete price sheet
updates annually and as neededCoordinate new product launches
between internal and external staff as well as customersConfigure
and enhance SalesForce useRun projects such as Find a
Dealer/Installer from beginning to endPerform annual and quarterly
sales staff reviewsSupport leadership with new and ongoing projects
to increase departmental successAct as a technical resource for the
B2B sales departmentReport metrics during weekly Airmax Sales
MeetingsDont know about ponds? Thats ok! Youll receive the training
required to excel in your role. We utilize an interactive
combination of hands-on and visual training to ensure everyone has
a full understanding of Airmax's proactive approach to pond
management.Job Requirements:To be successful in this role, you need
to have the following knowledge and skills:3-5 years of leadership
experience in sales management or customer service
preferredTechnical background is a plusExcellent written and verbal
communication skillsProficient computer knowledge in Word and Excel
(SalesForce experience a plus)Hands-on mind set with the ability to
work in an office environmentThis inside sales position requires
data entry, remaining stationary at a desk, and analyzing a
computer screen for extended periods of time. In addition, portions
of the training require shadowing other departments that may
require physical activity including lifting 25-35 pounds and
standing for long periods of time. Reasonable accomodations will be

ability to learn quickly and retain a large amount of information
to help develop exceptional customer service representatives and

be available to work between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday
- Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak
